In the Kids jiu jitsu Group program, children learn the fundamentals of jiu jitsu, including basic techniques and submissions. They also learn sparring techniques and we encourage our kids to compete. In addition to the physical aspects of jiu jitsu, children are taught important life skills such as respect, perseverance, and responsibility.
In the Adult Group program, students learn the fundamentals of martial arts, including basic grappling skills, submissions and master the art of jiu jitsu as they advance. They also learn techniques such as joint locks, throws, and integration of other grappling sports such as wrestling. In addition to the physical aspects of martial arts, students are taught important life skills such as respect, focus, and perseverance.
Tailored for adults aged 30 and above, this program focuses on safe and supportive jiu jitsu training. Participants learn practical techniques at a comfortable pace, enhancing fitness, flexibility, and mental acuity in a welcoming environment that fosters camaraderie among peers.
